Our team tracks and reports on all reason codes and logged issues for member education needs, analyzing trends and plan design reviews. The goal is to provide a single call solution and provide each member with an advocate in their health plan.
Our member communication is designed, customized and branded to promote your company. Putting your name on your benefit plan provides important recognition among your employees and helps them realize they also play a part in controlling health plan costs.
We create a custom website for each client that contains all benefit information, provider networks, healthcare news and important links such as myhealthez.com. Each member’s myhealthez.com account gives them access to real-time deductibles, plan documents, claim information, digital ID cards, EZpay and more. In addition, we create custom email campaigns and enrollment materials to educate members on plan offerings, enrollment meetings, important benefit plan changes and more.
